We found lots of creatures in this particular tide pool.

These are times that I realize I could live on Vancouver Island. All the time you could entertain your kids in tide pools and allow them to explore, imagine, and learn would make up for all the rainy weather, I think.
We reached Anaheim after a few days and met up with my parents, siblings, and niece and nephews. We enjoyed some time at Huntington Beach on New Years Eve.
